Custom crates built to your design specifications. Crates of any size/shape to meet your one time purchase or production needs. Bulk discounts available. Our crates can meet all commercial, federal, international and military specifications. We are registered to build certifiable crates for exporting overseas. We can stamp the crates to certify that they are heat treated (HT) to meet IPPC ISPM 15 Standards.

Skids & Pallets
We custom build "HT" stamped skids and pallets to your specifications.
Lumber & Plywood
For crating and packaging. We can cut to size and bundle or assemble to your requirements. Please call or use the request a quote form for our current pricing on HT lumber (available in 1x4, 2x4, 2x6, 2x8) & plywood (3/8", 1/2", 3/4"). Our lumber is also available as a dunnage sale.
Foam
We sell our Polyethylene foam by the sheet and also use it to line our crates if needed. Available sizes include: 1/2", 1" - 7#, 2" - 7#
VCI Products
Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor products such as: VCI shrink wrap, VCI foam pads, VCI Paper; used to protect electronics and/or metal equipment from corrosion.

Shockwatch & Tip'n'tell
The “Shockwatch ®” line - These products are inexpensive way to record if your crates are dropped or damaged by rough handling during transport. We are a distributor of this line and do inventory many of these items.
Strapping
We sell and use steel strapping in various wides: 3/4" - 100lb coil, 1" - 100lb coil.
Other Packaging Materials
Rolls and sheets of stretch or shrink-wrap and bubble packaging material, Corner Protectors, and Crating Hardware. We can also provide any of the bolts, nuts, washers, staples or nails you need for your application. Take advantage of our pricing!
