About All Crate, Inc.
All Crate was established in 1992, incorporated in 1994 and is a company, which provides custom crates and packaging products. It is a family owned and operated custom wooden crate manufacturing facility located in Windsor, CT.
Their recent building expansion (completed in February 2012) provides 32,800 square feet of warehouse space. Their location being near the Bradley International Airport enhances their customer service by allowing rapid production in cases where customers need expedited orders.
Their warehouse equipment includes a 5 ton overhead crane, large capacity cutting equipment, inside docks, and material handling equipment for heavy loads.
Our customers work in a variety of manufacturing areas including, aerospace, freight forwarders, health care industry, education, art, as well as private individuals.

Officers:
J. W. Novak (President/Owner): Over 30 years experience with building quality wood products. Started All Crate as a part of his self owned “J.W. Enterprises” which did industrial and home building and remodeling. Prior to that he worked in the aerospace industry as a quality control inspector.
J. A. Novak (Vice President/Co-Owner): Retired from AT&T after over 28 years in sales and operations management. Retired after over 10 years with another telecommunications company as VP of Operations. Trained in quality and project management.
C.A. Pizzoni (Director of Operations): The newest addition to the All Crate family who joined All Crate in early 2011 and has several previous years of retail management experience. She has a B.A. in Business and Technology from UConn and most recently, has completed her M.S. in Organizational Psychology from University of Hartford.
